Meet Kristin, owner of Bright Life Travel Company, travel advisor to hundreds of wonderful clients, and family gal.
I've always loved to travel, see new sites, and get an escape from everyday life. Insert a husband and 4 kids into the equation and things get a little bit chaotic. It can be a wild adventure to travel with a large family, let alone plan the travel. I found myself in the beginning of motherhood wanting to go and experience travel, but not knowing how exactly that looked with kids. I learned a lot along the way and in 2020 decided that I needed to do something with my love for travel planning for my own family. That little seed turned into a career and then into the launch of Bright Life Travel.

There’s a new Digital ID option in Apple Wallet, and we are getting a lot of questions about what it does and does not do for travel.
Here’s the short version.
You can now add a digital version of your U.S. passport to Apple Wallet. It can be used at TSA checkpoints for domestic flights at many U.S. airports and may help streamline the security process.
What it does not do is replace your physical passport. You still need your actual passport for international travel, border crossings, and immigration.
To use it, you must have an unexpired U.S. passport and an iPhone 11 or newer with the latest iOS. Setup happens directly in Apple Wallet and requires identity verification.
This is a helpful tool for frequent travelers and families flying domestically, but it is not a substitute for proper travel documents.
As always, we recommend traveling with your physical passport in hand, especially when flying internationally or on complex itineraries.
