I'm so excited tochat with youAre we a good fit?
The answer is yes if...
• You have a good idea of your destination, budget, dates, and who is coming.
We want to help you achieve your vacation goals, so first we must ensure you have those goals created! If you need destination ideas, we can chat about them, but that decision needs to be made before we start pulling official quotes.
• You are ready to put your trust in us to plan your vacation.
We want you to save time AND money! But we also want to make sure you are getting the most bang for your buck! Sometimes the least expensive option isn't the best option.
Also, most travel advisors work primarily off of commission that comes after a client travels. So please be respectful of that as we work on your trip. We should never be used as a price-checking engine.
• You are ready to collaborate!
We’ll communicate a lot, so be ready to bring your ideas to the table! The more you can paint the picture of what you want your trip to look like, the better we can make it come to life.

Kristin was the first travel advisor we have ever used, and was great in getting to know our budget, and expectations with accommodations, and found multiple options to match this and the dates we had available to travel. She took a lot of anxiety out of planning and kept us within budget!!"

Our Trip of the Month is a multi-generational cruise on Royal Caribbean’s Allure of the Seas, planned by Kristin, and it was such a good reminder of why we love these kinds of trips so much.
This family wanted a week where everyone could relax, explore, and enjoy time together without juggling logistics or managing a dozen moving parts. Cruises make that possible in the best way. You get structure without stress, options for every age, and built-in moments to reconnect.
They sailed from Fort Lauderdale and visited Nassau, Costa Maya, and Cozumel, with plenty of sea days in between for pool time, cousins running around together, and slow mornings that always seem to become the memories families talk about later. Allure of the Seas was the perfect home base too. Between the AquaTheater shows, the zipline, Adventure Ocean, and quiet spaces for grandparents to unwind, everyone found their groove.
If your family is spread across different ages, interests, or energy levels, a cruise can be such an easy and meaningful way to bring everyone together. And our team handles it all. Staterooms, excursions, group coordination, the little details… we take care of it so you can actually enjoy the vacation.
Thinking about a 2025 or 2026 sailing for your own crew? We’d love to help you build a trip that feels just as seamless and memorable.
Ever wonder what travel advisors actually do?
(It’s a little more than booking flights and sending a cute itinerary - which we do by the way.)
We’re the ones behind the scenes making sure:
✈️ Your flight connection isn’t secretly a sprint across the airport
🏖️ The resort you saw on TikTok actually lives up to the hype
📱 You’re not buried under 27 tabs trying to plan your “relaxing” vacation
📞 And if something goes sideways, we’re the ones on hold with the airline so you don’t have to be
Basically, we handle the chaos so you can handle the memories.
If travel has been on your mind but the planning feels like too much, this is your reminder that you don’t have to do it alone.
✨ We make travel feel easy again.
Everyone knows we love Disney… but it’s far from the only thing lighting up our booking calendar right now. 🌎✨
Here are a few destinations our team is currently planning trips for (and yes, we can help with yours too):
🌴 Hawaii – family-friendly island hopping and luxe resort stays
☀️ Cancun – all-inclusive escapes for families and groups
🌊 Dominican Republic – dreamy beaches and tropical relaxation
🏙️ New York City – holiday magic, Broadway, and unforgettable energy
🍷 France – Paris getaways, countryside charm, and culture for days
💃 Spain – vibrant cities, sunny coasts, and tapas that make you stay longer than planned
If you’ve been thinking about your next trip, this is your sign to get it on the calendar. Let us take care of the planning while you just show up and enjoy.
Where are you dreaming of next — beach or city vibes?
I’m sure you’ve heard - The FAA just announced flight reductions of up to 10% at 40 major U.S. airports, citing staff shortages and safety concerns. In plain terms, that means fewer available flights, more rerouting, and a higher chance of schedule changes - especially during busy travel weeks.
If you’re flying in late November or December, or planning big family travel next year, here’s what we recommend:
✈️ Build in buffer time. Avoid tight layovers and early morning connections when possible.
🧳 Book through a trusted travel advisor. We monitor changes, advocate for you, and secure alternate routes fast if something shifts.
📅 Stay flexible. Choose refundable or changeable fares, and keep travel insurance active.
At Bright Life Travel Co., we’re watching these updates daily and adjusting plans where needed to keep our travelers moving smoothly.

More than half of U.S. workers don’t use all their vacation days each year - and we’re on a mission to change that. With a little planning, you can turn long weekends into full vacations and make every day off count.
Here’s how to maximize your PTO in 2026:
📆 January 16–19
Take off Friday, January 16 and enjoy a 4-day weekend with Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Monday, Jan 19). Perfect for a quick winter getaway.
🌸 May 22–25
Pair a Friday off with Memorial Day (Monday, May 25) for four days of sunshine and relaxation.
☀️ July 2–5
Independence Day falls on Saturday, July 4 (this means Friday, July 3 is the observed holiday). Take July 2 off to make it a 4-day summer weekend.
🍂 September 4–7
Use Labor Day weekend (Monday, Sept 7) for a 4-day trip — Alaska, Hawaii, or a national park are perfect picks.
🎄 December 24–31
Christmas Day is Friday, Dec 25. Take December 24 and Dec 28–31 off for a full 9-day stretch to end the year right.
Your vacation days are too valuable to leave behind. Let’s turn them into something unforgettable. ✈️
✈️ Headed to Europe in 2026? There’s a new travel step to know about.
Two weeks ago, the European Union officially launched its new Entry/Exit System (EES), replacing passport stamps with digital records and biometric scans. It’s designed to make travel more secure and efficient, though travelers may notice slightly longer lines at first as the system rolls out.
Families can breathe easy — children under 12 won’t need fingerprints, just a quick photo and passport scan.
We’re already preparing our Europe-bound clients for the new process so travel days stay smooth and stress-free. Because the only thing you should be focused on is where gelato comes first. 🇮🇹🍦
Planning a European vacation next year? We’ll help you navigate every detail.
