All the Details

working together

You can dream up all the things.. and we can make that a reality. Your perfect vacation is at the tip of your fingertips!

Our Process

01.

Connect

We get to know you, your travel preferences, and what you are dreaming up! This typically starts with an inquiry form. We're also happy to schedule a phonecall to start the planning process!

02.

create

We work with trusted partners to curate a vacation that fits the needs, budget, and goals of the client. We get the itinerary finalized and the booking finished up.

03.

Service & Support

Booking is not the end, it's just the beginning! We'll then work to prepare you for your vacation with all the information you could need. Once you are in destination, we offer support if you need it.

The cost of booking your vacation package with us will generally be the same (or better) than what you could book yourself!

Our packages are designed to fit your needs, at very little to no cost to you!

Because each vacation can be unique, our pricing structures do vary. But we promise from the beginning to be upfront about your cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I use a travel advisor?
-Do you do your own oil changes, or your own taxes? You probably COULD – but do you? Leave things to an expert to make sure the job is well done and your experience is seamless.

-We are experienced and knowledgable travel experts. This is what we do day in and day out, so things that may take you 5 hours to research are second nature to us. And we KNOW you’re busy, so allow us to take this off your plate.

-We customize each client’s trip based on your preferences and what would work best for your family! You can leave it to us to make sure that your trip is really what you have dreamed up.
What do your services cost?
The cost of your vacation package will generally be the same (or better) than what you could book yourself. To ensure both our clients and our team find the planning process rewarding, we’ve introduced a planning fee structure for our company. This fee can be credited toward the trip for certain destinations and trip types. This approach guarantees that our expert planners are acknowledged for their meticulous effort and time, especially in instances where a trip doesn’t progress to booking and we don’t receive our usual commission. .

For group trips, we charge a planning fee per room or cabin. These trip types can be a huge undertaking in the coordination of details and payments.

For international travel, we charge a research and design fee for extensive planning with our in destination partners. This will start at $250 and is dependent on the complexity of the trip, the number of passengers, and the length of travel.

For Universal or Disney ticket-only purchases, we do charge an a la carte planning fee of $25 per ticket.
Do you book flights?
For theme parks and cruising, we don’t book flights. If you are booking an all inclusive, cruise, or international travel, we can bundle flights in with your package at the time of booking if you’d like.
Do you book more than just Disney trips?
YES! We book travel all around the world!
Do you get special offers or discounts?
Yes! We will always check for discounts to pass onto you when booking your travel and often, you’ll get special amenities for booking your trip with us. That being said, we do prioritize the value the client is getting. For example, we won’t put you in a really inexpensive resort because of the price point if we don’t think your family will be happy there.

How do I make a payment?
You can access your invoice link anytime after you paid your initial deposit to authorize an additional payment. You can also email your travel advisor to make payments.

Does using a travel agent cost extra money? What are the fees involved?

At Bright Life Travel Co., each of our advisors is an independent contractor who sets their own planning fee structure. Some trips may not require a service fee, while others may have a fee based on the complexity, length, and customization of your itinerary.
The best way to know what your trip will require? Connect with your advisor — they’ll walk you through the process and outline any planning fees before you commit.

Head to a sit-down lunch. Trust us on this one.

It’s the calmest way to start your vacation: you get a real table, real service, and a minute to breathe after boarding. While you’re there, hop into the app, connect to the ship’s Wi-Fi, check the entertainment schedule, and map out what you want to prioritize before the day gets away from you.

And yes, as tempting as it is - avoid the buffet at all costs. It’s chaos, and you don’t need that on day one.

This little shift sets the tone for the whole trip, and our families always thank us for it. If you want more “start your cruise stress-free” tips, we’re here to help you plan the whole thing. 💛🚢
Every year we hear the same thing from parents: “We want to give our kids something meaningful… but we have no idea where to start with planning a trip.”

If that’s you, you’re not alone. Between school schedules, budgets, research, logistics, and figuring out what’s actually age-appropriate, planning a family vacation can feel like a full-time job.

That’s where we come in.

We help families turn the “we should take a trip” dream into an actual plan — one that fits your kids, your season of life, and your vision for a holiday gift they’ll remember long after the wrapping paper is gone.

If you’re thinking about gifting a family trip this year (or next), we’re here to make it simple, doable, and genuinely joyful.

Send us a message and let’s start planning a memory your kids will still be talking about next Christmas. ✨
✨ The grown-up Christmas list looks a little different these days.
Because the best gifts don’t fit under a tree. They get stamped in a passport, turn into inside jokes, or give your family a rare week where no one is asking, “What’s for dinner?”

From theme park magic to beach sunsets, cruises, and warm-weather escapes, these are the things families tell us they want most: time together, less stress, and memories that last longer than any wrapped gift.

If a trip is on your wishlist this year, we’re here to help you plan the kind of vacation that feels calm, intentional, and actually fun to look forward to.

Which one are you wishing for? ✈️🌴
