The @brightlifetravelco team operates with a slight level of delightful chaos. đ
We saw a reel with animal masks months before our retreat was even on the calendar and somehow⌠suspiciously similar masks ended up in everyoneâs swag bags. đŻđźđľ
Safe to say we fully committed to the bit, and honestly? Zero regrets.
We hope this makes you laugh half as much as it made us. đ
Not all all-inclusive resorts are created equal. đ
And honestly? Thatâs exactly why working with a travel advisor matters.
Because sure⌠the photos all look pretty online. But what actually makes a resort the right fit for your trip?
The quieter pool that matches your vibe.
The restaurants that are actually worth prioritizing.
The experiences youâd miss if no one told you.
The âbook this before you arriveâ details that make the difference between a good trip and a wow, that was seamless trip.
UNICO 20°87° is one of those resorts we love for the right travelerâmodern, elevated, adults-only, and full of thoughtful little details that make the experience feel special.
This is the kind of intel our clients get because we actually visit these properties, ask questions, and obsess over the details so you donât have to đ
Thinking about an adults-only Mexico getaway? Weâd love to help you find the right fit.

Planning a corporate or incentive trip might look simple from the outside⌠until youâre juggling rooming lists, flights from multiple cities, resort negotiations, transfers, activities, dietary needs, executive expectations, and the one person who suddenly decides they âmight bring a spouse.â đ
Thatâs exactly why having the right travel partner matters.
Corporate and incentive travel isnât just about booking rooms. Itâs about creating an experience that reflects your company well, rewards your team meaningfully, and runs smoothly from start to finish.
From supplier relationships and contract guidance to logistics, problem-solving, and the little details that make a trip feel elevated⌠this is where expertise matters.
If your company is thinking about an incentive trip, leadership retreat, or corporate getaway, weâd love to help you make it seamless (and significantly less stressful).

Listen, we are professional grown women. But sometimes when we leave our babies and all the momsibilities for a few days, we might get a little bit out of hand.
But in all honesty, we had such a great time together on our 2026 retreat. We spent a lot of time learning, but we spent equal time laughing and learning more about each other. And also doing some ridiculous things for the gram.
Not all cruise lines are created equal. đ
And if youâve ever thought, âA cruise is a cruise, right?â ⌠respectfully, no đ
The right cruise depends on whoâs traveling, what kind of experience you want, and whether your ideal vacation includes waterslides, Broadway-style shows, character breakfasts, or zero children in sight.
A few quick examples:
⨠Disney = family magic + unmatched service
⨠Royal Caribbean = high-energy fun + thrill seekers
⨠Celebrity = elevated without feeling stuffy
⨠Virgin Voyages = adults-only with personality
⨠Princess = fantastic itineraries + especially great for multi-generational trips
The âbestâ cruise line?
The one that actually fits you.
Thatâs where we come in.
If a cruise is on your wish list, weâll help match you with the right ship, itinerary, and experienceâwithout the overwhelm of trying to decode 47 tabs of cruise research on your own.
Which one are you choosing? đ˘đ
Planning a family vacation should feel exciting⌠not like a second unpaid job. đ
Between comparing resorts, figuring out which room categories are actually worth it, understanding whatâs included (and what definitely isnât), airport transfers, dining logistics, kidsâ clubs, flight schedules, and trying to make sure everyone from toddlers to grandparents is happy⌠itâs a lot.
Thatâs where we come in.
We spend our days learning destinations, touring resorts, building supplier relationships, and matching families with trips that actually fit their travel style, priorities, and budget.
Because a beautiful resort on Instagram doesnât automatically mean itâs the right fit for your family.
If youâre investing thousands into a family vacation, having expert guidance is a pretty solid use of that budget.

POV: You think a travel agency retreat is just matching outfits and poolside photos. đ
Meanwhile, us:

đ Researching whatâs actually worth recommending to clients
Sure, there were palm trees.
But there were also a whole lot of conversations about how to serve our clients better, stay sharp as advisors, and keep building an agency weâre proud of.
The travel industry changes constantly.
The best advisors donât stop learning.
And honestly? Building something meaningful with a team you genuinely enjoy is a pretty great bonus. đ
You canât ever be sad about a âwork tripâ when youâre in a beautiful destination and youâve got your team around you!
Itâs been a long time coming, but getting together in person for our retreat this year was a huge gift. We didnât just lounge by the pool (which sounded nice) but we got to work together doing site tours, chatting about our workflows and processes, sharing our little hacks and tricks, asking each other genuine questions, etc.
The time together is irreplaceable. đ¤
Thereâs something really special about getting the right people physically in the same room.
Not for competition.
Not for perfectly curated highlight reels.
Just real conversations, shared ideas, honest challenges, big laughs, and the kind of collaboration that reminds us why community matters so much in this industry.
This week at our Bright Life retreat, we spent time talking marketing, client experience, sales, systems, content creation, AI, business growth, and all the little behind-the-scenes things that actually make a business sustainable. But honestly, the best part was simply being together. Sharing ideas openly. Learning from each other. Supporting each other. Celebrating wins and working through challenges as a team.
One thing weâre incredibly proud of at Bright Life is the culture weâre building. We believe there is room for all of us to succeed, and this week was such a good reminder of how powerful collaboration can be when everyone shows up willing to share, learn, and grow together.
There were resort tours, strategy sessions, content days, countless photos, lots of laughter, and at least a few moments where none of us knew what day it was anymore⌠which feels like the sign of a pretty successful retreat. đ
Weâre leaving inspired, refreshed, and so excited for whatâs ahead for this team and the clients we serve. â¨
o you know where the name Bright Life Travel came from?
I wanted a business rooted in positivity. In seeing the bright side. In creating experiences that actually make people feel alive, connected, inspired, and cared for. A business that focused on the good, and I wanted anyone associated with the business, whether it be our clients or our advisors to feel that light.
Thatâs where Bright Life was born.
Not because life is always perfect (because airport delays and lost luggage love to humble us), but because I believe we get to choose what kind of energy we bring into the worldâand into the way we travel, work, and connect with people.
So no, Bright Life was never just a brand name. Itâs a reminder to look for the good stuff. The meaningful moments. The light.
